Delivery Orders

How much are delivery charges?

Bandar:

$5 per trip

OR FREE delivery with minimum purchase of $110 and above

 

Tutong:

$10 per trip

OR FREE delivery with minimum purchase of $125 and above

 

KB/Seria/Temburong:

$15 per trip

OR FREE delivery with minimum purchase of $135 and above

How long will it take to receive my order?

Deliveries within Bandar may take 1-3 business days. Tutong, KB, Seria, and Temburong may take 1-7 business days.

What if my order doesn't arrive after the given time?

You may contact us on our WhatsApp hotline (673) 831 8931 and we will assist you on all your inquiries.

Exchanges & Returns

What is your return & exchange policy?

If you have any issues with the products you have received, please immediately contact our WhatsApp hotline (673) 831 8931.

 

Kindly note we do not offer cash or credit refund.

We only accept returns and/or refunds on products with manufacturing defects within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

 

Exchanges on fashion products are accepted within 3 days of receiving the items. All tags and/or packaging must be intact and original receipt must be provided. Additional delivery fees will be borne by the buyer.

 

Please be informed, some goods are not eligible for exchange due to the nature of the products. This is to ensure maintenance of proper hygiene, storage conditions, usage guidelines, and other related characteristics.

Should you have further clarification, we always recommend keeping your purchases intact with original packaging, tags and receipt of purchase and immediately contact us on our WhatsApp hotline (673) 831 8931.

What is your warranty policy?

We do offer warranty on a variety of our products. You may find these details in the description of the product page.

Please note our warranty only covers manufacturing defects and do not apply to normal wear and tear, self-accidents, or improper use of the product.

What if I am a member?

Great news! You are still entitled to your member discount. Before confirming your purchase, WhatsApp our hotline 8318931 to receive a unique discount code to use for your order.

How do I become a member?

Simply purchase a minimum of $200 in a single order and enjoy member benefits for 2 years.

What are your methods of payment?

We accept credit card (Mastercard, VISA, AMEX), QuickPay, Bank Transfer, Direct bank-in.

Please note, when paying via QuickPay, Bank Transfer or Direct Bank-in, your order will be reserved and pending until payment is confirmed. Confirmation will be on the same or following day.

Unfortunately, we do not accept Cash on Delivery.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, absolutely! Simply select the option for store pick-up when finalizing your order.

What are your operating hours?

Operating hours are now 9.30am-7.30pm

Do you have a store I can visit?

Yes we do! You can visit our store at:
